1. Please provide a valid e-mail account. Messages without e-mail account or with wrong e-mail account will not be able to receive respond properly. The system will send a confirmation letter to the e-mail account provided automatically upon receiving a valid message and dispatch the message entered to the department in charge of the matter. The responses from the departments are also delivered through e-mail.

2. Inquiry about the response to your message, please reference to the e-mail account you entered with the message.

3. For the efficiency and quality of our service, please enter personal information as detail as possible. Such that we can follow up on the message you filed or get in touch with you more efficiently.
